Art Contest for Students with Visual Impairments

Fargo -- The North Dakota Vision Services/School for the Blind Foundation recently held an art contest for students with visual impairments in the state of North Dakota.  The winners’ artwork was put on notecards which will be sold by Foundation members and by vision teachers.  The winning entries will be announced at an event at ND Vision Services/School for the Blind in Grand Forks on Saturday, April 16, 2011 during the Building Connections Family Weekend at the Card Event Awards Luncheon.  Several winning students will be on hand to explain their art.

If you would like to purchase these cards, call the NDVS/School for the Blind at 1-800-421-1181.  All of the proceeds from the sale of these cards go to the North Dakota School for the Blind Foundation to benefit people with visual impairments in the state of North Dakota.
